Who rents a room at B58 (and what for)
Our rooms are used by all kinds of people, and you don't need to be a coworking member to book them:
- Teams holding meetings or presentations away from the office, with a projector and some quiet.
- Trainers and companies that need a training room in Poblenou for workshops, courses or onboarding.
- Freelancers and small businesses who want to meet a client or run an interview in a professional space.
- Event organisers (product launches, afterworks, team sessions) looking for a multipurpose space with an LED screen and catering option.
Which room do you need?
We have four rooms designed for groups of different sizes:
- Room S — up to 3 people · 6.25 m² · from €20/h. Ideal for interviews, video calls and small meetings.
- Room M — up to 8 people · 12.5 m² · from €35/h. For team meetings and presentations.
- Room G — up to 16 people · 28 m² · from €110/2h. The most versatile: meetings, presentations and training sessions.
- Multipurpose Room — up to 50 people · 80 m². Our large space for events and training, with an LED screen, catering option and video.
If you're unsure between two sizes, pick the larger one: better to have room to spare than to feel cramped.
By the hour or by the full day
You can rent each room in the format that suits you:
- By the hour, for short meetings.
- 5-hour rate, more economical (for example, €70 in Room S or €180 in Room G).
- Full day, for all-day training or events (from €120 for Room S up to €650 for the Multipurpose Room).
If you're a B58 member, you get a preferential rate and 8 hours of room time included each month on fixed-desk plans. One more reason to join the community.
What each room includes
Every room is ready to work in, no surprises:
- High-speed WiFi and fibre optics.
- Air conditioning and natural light.
- Projector or screen for presentations (LED screen in the Multipurpose Room).
- The option to add a catering and video service for your events.

We're at C/ Bilbao 58, 08005 Barcelona, in the Poblenou (22@) neighbourhood:
